The efficient assassin Fēnliè Zàibō (分裂载波, "Shattered Carrier") is one of Megatron's trusted lieutenants. As an assassin, Fēnliè Zàibō strikes without warning and leaves no regret or remorse. So guarded are his emotions and motivations at all times that his Decepticon peers have come to regard him as an enigma.
