During the Great War, a two-armed Scattershot was with Powerglide deploying an Autobot force on Hydrax Plateau. Most of troops in this battle were killed by Oil Slick's Cosmic Rust. Bots of Science

Scattershot's connection to Epsilon Supreme was presumably lost when the Omega Sentinel rammed the Decepticon ship Victory at Floron III, destroying himself in the process. Transformers Animated: The AllSpark Almanac II

Notes

• Since Autobots can't fly, Scattershot probably doesn't transform into a space cruiser like the other Scattershots do.
• Scattershot have two appearances and two different visuals. On Bots of Science he looks more like his G1 toy, in The Allspark Almanac II he have a very unusual right arm. Maybe a reference to his G1 animation model where the front of his vehicle mode is drawn behind his left shoulder.
• Many Animated Technobots are in the same ship of Scattershot in Hydrax Plateau's battle. Looks like Scattershot was their leader on this continuity.
