Shinpachi Tsuji

Shinpachi Tsuji (辻 親八 Tsuji, Shinpachi) is a Japanese voice actor born October 20, 1956. Among his most prominet roles are Baihumon in Digimon: Tamers, Shintarō Kosaka in Witch Hunter Robin, Pakkun the dog in Naruto, and Bason in Shaman King. In the world of dubbing, he also voiced Carl Carlson and Joe Quimby in The Simpsons, Harvey Bullock in Batman: The Animated Series, Bizzaro in Superman: The Animated Series, Dennis in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, Frank Tripp in CSI: Miami, and Miles O'Brien in two Star Trek series.
