Rudy Cataldi (born 1927 in Newark, New Jersey) is an American animator and director. He started in the industry at the age of 16, working at Disney as an inbetweener on Commando Duck. He served as an animator on Q.T. Hush before joining Hanna Barbera and working shows including The Flintstones, The Atom Ant Show, Scooby Doo, Star Trek: The Animated Series, SuperFriends and Godzilla. He continued to work prolifically during the '80s on Smurfs, G.I. Joe, Inhumanoids and Jem among many others. He retired in June 2000.
