Available only with the Japanese release of Ratchet, R.A. transforms into a blade-weapon modeled after Ratchet's scalpel-swords (which were omitted from the Japanese toy). Like all pack-in Arms Microns, he is an unpainted, unassembled "kit" figure. He has a removable clear-plastic gem, which is part of an as-of-yet-explained game/play feature.

While he can be combined with other Arms Microns to form any number of outlandish weapons, he is specifically called out as forming the blade-tip of the Star Saber with O.P. and B.2.
