Pharma is the chief medical officer at Delphi. According to First Aid, he is a control freak who thinks he is an expert on everything, and can be a total "gearstick" at times. However, he is an excellent doctor who once performed a 4-way fuel pump transplant despite the fact that he was one of the donors himself. He hates Decepticons with a passion.
