Majin Zarak
- Majin Zarak is a mechanoid from the Generation 1 continuity family.
Majin Zarak (マジンザラック Majin Zarakku) is a vicious killing monster, feared by Maximals, Predacons and whatever else beholds his might. He feels no sympathy, he feels no remorse, he goes about killing as one would go about breathing. He thinks nothing of it. Majin Zarak’s origin is a mystery. He was created centuries ago only to vanish without a trace. Majin Zarak is an unstoppable force equated only to Armageddon; a masterpiece of war.

When a mysterious space-time-warping device crash-landed on the Planet Gaea, the Maximals, led by Lio Convoy, and the Predacons, led by Galvatron, raced to be the first to get it. The Predacons failed first but after tricking Lio Junior (who had the key) they got the key used its power with the intention of to summoning Megatron (or the other one) but Gigastorm by accident summoned the mighty Majin Zarak from Cybertron's past. Galvatron however was far more satisfied with this titanic of a robot. Galvatron set up inside of his head and controled him from their, while the other Predacon's, minus Dirgegun and Thrustor.
To counter the threat of the nigh-invincible Majin Zarak, Magnaboss summoned Optimus Primal from the Beast Wars of Prehistoric Earth.
Soon after learning of Majin Zarak's arrival the Maximal's launched an attack on the Predacon's. However most of the Predacon's retreated quickly. Gigastorm was soon kicked off the ship by Lio Convoy but the Maximal leader faced bigger problem's. Galvatron then transformed Majin Zarak into his robot mode and used his neck cannon on the Maximal's and presuming them to be destroyed. Galvatron then received a message from Optimus Primal challenging him at Point B-2. Mistaking him for Lio Convoy, Galvatron transformed Zarak to ship mode and left
Galvatron arrived at point B-2 to find out the Maximal's survived. The Maximal's were able to stun Zarak and force Galvatron out. Victory seemed to be in their grasp, but Majin Zarak soon transformed at will, revealing that Galvatron never had control at all. Majin then attacked the Maximal's with his weapon's, taking out most of them without effort. In one blast, Zarak lost the Maximal's position and was temporally stopped.
In the end, the Maximals discovered his weak-spot was the third eye on his forehead, which was where all his nerve-endings were clustered. Majin Zarak discovered Lio Convoy and Optimus Primal's location and moved in for the kill. However the Maximal leader's used the combined power of their individual Energon Matrices to transform themselves into Flash Lio Convoy and Burning Convoy. Primal in his beast mode jumped to Zarak's centre eye, transformed and struck it, stunning him. Primal using him jet pack flew himself and Convoy up to Zarak's level and then unleashed a power from their Matrices called "Double Matrix Blaster" and burned away much of Zarak's structure. Being stunned, the Maximal leader's combined their fists flew up to Majin Zarak, stuck his eye and killed him in the resulting explosion. Lio Convoy in Imminent Danger!
Notes
- Majin is a Japanese word combining the kanji for mashō, meaning "demonic", and jin, meaning "race of people". "Majin" typically translates to "demon".
- Galvatron was, in fact, trying to find someone else with the time gate and only summoned Majin Zarak by accident when Megastorm fouled up the frequency calculations. The being they were actually looking for was Megatron, although it is unclear whether they were after Beast Wars Megatron or Generation 1 Megatron. In any case, Galvatron viewed Majin Zarak's appearance as a thoroughly happy accident, declaring that "we obtained a weapon superior to Megatron".
- Although there is no apparent connection, Majin Zarak shares part of his name with some other dudes called Zarak, most of whom have something to do with the Headmaster Scorponok.
