Brian Cummings (born March 4, 1948) is an American voice actor and announcer. Among his most famous roles is the loudmouth, Mr. Hollywood on 2 Stupid Dogs (which stars Brad Garrett), Doctor Mindbender on G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, Clyde Cat on Tom and Jerry Kids, Doofus Drake on Duck Tales, Papa Bear in The Berenstain Bears as well as Grizzly Gramps in the 2003 series, Sir Tuxford on Disney's Adventures of the Gummi Bears (Taking over from Roger C. Carmel after his death), and the voice of Sokolov in the Metal Gear Solid videogames. He is the current announcer of Walt Disney Home Video, Dreamworks Animation Home Entertainment, and the Scooby-Doo animated direct to video films.
