Available only with Cliffjumper, C.L. transforms from a humanoid robot into an over-sized version of Cliffjumper's in-show triple-barreled cannon. He has numerous 5mm posts and holes that allow him to combine with other Arms Microns to form any number of "Combo Weapons" and "Super Combo Weapons".

C.L. comes out of the package as a bunch of unpainted parts on runners, like a model kit.

A transparent-black version of C.L. with a red Energon Crystal was made available on April 28 at participating ToysЯUs stores with the purchase of 3000 yen's worth of Prime toys. Just like the pack-in version, C.L. comes as an unassembled kit.
