A brontobot is a form of Cybertronic wildlife that bears a resemblance to the extinct Sauropod dinosaurs.

Trivia

"Brontobot" was one of several preliminary names for the Generation 1 Dinobot, Sludge and derives from the now-obsolete dinosaur name, Brontosaurus (which wasn't obsolete back in 1985). Guess Apatabot wasn't as catchy.
