Solar car

The solar car is a vehicle from the Aligned continuity family.

The way I see it, if you're gonna build a solar generator into a car, why not do it with some style?

The solar car is an invention of Doc Greene. It has a large rear-mounted solar panel as well as a backup battery and an automated tire replacement system. Its operating system also appears to have one or two bugs.

On its first test run, the solar car went out of control, barreling through Griffin Rock and Chief Burns's team joined the chase. Heatwave used his ladder to jump the car over some cars and Boulder and Graham tried to use spikes on the tires, to no avail. The car headed up Old Canyon Road, but Chase caught up with it and managed to stop it before it plunged off a broken bridge. Doc Greene evidently continued tinkering with the solar car and got the bugs out. Unfortunately he didn't count on Doctor Morocco planting a canister of nanites in the car, and while he and Frankie were driving in it, Morocco took control of the vehicle. The Rescue Bots managed to corner the car, draping a tarpaulin over the solar panel and removing the battery so the Greenes could get out, however the nanites took over and the car roared off again. It was about to flatten Mayor Luskey when the car itself was flattened by the MorBot. The Other Doctor
