Kathleen Barr (born April 6, 1967) is a Canadian voice actress. Among her better-known roles are Dot Matrix on ReBoot, Wheezie on Dragon Tales, Evil-Lyn on the 2002 version of Masters of the Universe, Lady Jaye from G.I. Joe: Sgt. Savage and the Screaming Eagles, Kevin on Ed, Edd, n Eddy, Gali and Roodaka in the Bionicle movies, Roll on Mega Man and The Great and Powerful Trixie and Queen Chrysalis on My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
