C.L. is a Mini-Con from the Aligned continuity family.

C.L. (シエル Shieru) is Cliffjumper's Arms Micron partner.

Available only with the TakaraTomy release of Cliffjumper, C.L. transforms from a humanoid robot into an over-sized version of Cliffjumper's in-show triple-barreled cannon. He has numerous 5mm posts and holes that allow him to combine with other Arms Microns to form any number of "Combo Weapons" and "Super Combo Weapons", particularly the Super Combo Weapon Galaxy Launcher, which he forms with B.H. and Arc.

C.L. comes out of the package as a bunch of unpainted parts on runners, like a model kit.

A transparent-black version of C.L. with a red Energon Crystal was made available on April 28 of 2012 at participating ToysЯUs stores, with the purchase of 3000 yen's worth of Prime toys. Just like the pack-in version, C.L. comes as an unassembled kit. However, this version lacks stickers of any kind.

Given the "Fake Dark Energon" crystal the Micros in this promotion come with, it's possible this toy is meant to be a turned-to-evil version of the character. It also prevents his use in any Super Combo Weapons that normally use C.L. as a component.

An olive-green redeco of C.L. was sold as part of the AMW series, unassembled Micron kits sold in individual baggies with a foil sticker sheet for added deco. As he retains the same Energon Crystal type as the original C.L., he can be "appropriately" substituted into any Super Combo Weapon that has C.L. as a component.
