Overkill was a crew member on the Nemesis when it left Cybertron in search of a Star Harvester. He was on the bridge when alarms began ringing throughout the ship, and reported to Soundwave that he was detecting an "agitation in local space-time" that he didn't understand. Then another spaceship materialized in the same space he was occupying. He ended up inside the ship as it teleported away again, but the shock of being pulled along for the ride killed him.
