Chris Ellis

Chris Ellis (born April 14, 1956) is an American actor. He has played a lot of military guys, cops, other assorted authority figures and character roles whom he described as "mostly southerners, men who snarl and vote for Republicans, and who work for NASA in Mission Control". Recently, he has had a recurring role as on the television series Burn Notice. He recently had a small role in The Dark Knight Rises as a priest.
