Rika Fukami

Rika Fukami (深見 梨加 Fukami Rika, alternately 深見 理佳), born August 8, 1963, in Saitama Prefecture, Japan, is a Japanese voice actor and licensed hypnotherapist. She is also known as Rica Fukami and her real name is Rika Tsuda (津田 理佳 Tsuda Rika).
She is best known for her roles as the voices of Sailor Venus in Sailor Moon, Fran in Final Fantasy XII, and Helen Jackson in Mobile Suit Victory Gundam, and among many other roles. She did the Japanese dubbing of Linka in Captain Planet and the Planeteers, Ivy in Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego? and Monica Gellar in Friends.
