During high winds, Billy's kite got stuck up a transmission tower, and he climbed up after it and got stuck. An observant member of the public called out emergency services who attempted unsuccessfully to get Billy down, until "Rescue Boy" arrived and grabbed Billy off the tower. Cody suggested next time he just buy a new kite. Rescue Boy
