- It's how the name is spelled. If you hear someone called "Alexander," you don't assume the name is spelled "Aleksander." --Thy, not logged in
- Thaddius is an accepted spelling of the name according to Wikipedia. Thaddeus seems to be more common though. --abates 00:41, 20 August 2012 (EDT)
