Jùfēng Lièrén is a Decepticon from the Aligned continuity family.

If somewhere there exists a list of those Decepticon most unquestioningly loyal to Lord Megatron than Jùfēng Lièrén ("Hurricane Hunter") would be near the top. She carries out his every order without question or hesitation. So complete is her dedication to the Decepticon code that many of her fellows see her as an unlikable extremist.
