Noriaki Sugiyama
Noriaki Sugiyama (杉山 紀彰 Sugiyama Noriaki is a Japanese voice actor, television actor and singer born March 9, 1976 in Tokyo, Japan. He is best known in the world of anime as Sasuke Uchiha on Naruto, Uryu Ishida on Bleach, Shirō Emiya on Fate/stay night, England on Axis Powers Hetalia, William T. Spears in Black Butler and Rivalz Cardemonde on Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion. He has also dubbed the Japanese voices for Blooregard "Bloo" Q. Kazoo on Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Kevin Levin on Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, Buford on Phineas and Ferb, Jason Todd/The Red Hood in Batman: Under the Red Hood, Billy Cranston on Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Ray Thompson on Justice League, Mr. Happy in the Mr. Men Show, Stinky on Hey Arnold!, Robert Caplice on D.I.C.E Rick Allen in 24 and is also the current voice of Peter Parker/Spider-Man having voiced him in The Amazing Spider-Man, Ultimate Spider-Man and on The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
Aside from his work as a seiyū, he's released a single entitled 'Fragment' as well as a mini-album called On the Way. He has also sang for characters he has played in animes. He is also affectionately known as "Non-tan" by his fans, a nickname given to him by his Naruto co-star Junko Takeuchi on the radio show O-! Naruto Nippon!, which aires in Japan.
