Konami Digital Entertainment Inc., is a wholly owned subsidiary of Konami Corporation, and a leading, global developer, publisher and manufacturer of electronic entertainment properties, specializing in the home video game market. It is headquartered in Tokyo Japan. In 2003 it co-produced DreamMix TV World Fighters with Takara and Hudson Soft, the latter of whom they later acquired in March 2011.
