Legion is a naughty, naughty Decepticon with a prehensile penis as a tongue. He likes to chase after girls.

Legion chases after Atari, cornering her into an alley. Later, when fighting Autrooper, Legion uses his phallic tongue to impale and remove Autrooper's arm. Desperate, Atari decides to merge with Autrooper in the nude, regrows Autrooper's arm, and kills Legion. His penis lovingly hangs out of his mouth in death.

Legion in the Kiss Player manga is based on the Alternators Windcharger toy, with a Megatron-esque head.
