The Legion are Decepticon Kiss Players. Unlike their Autobot counterparts which are partnered with sweet underage girlflesh by a government agency, the Legion must use their hunting skills to trap and ravage them on their own, often by herding their prey into blind alleys.
A Legion's most distinctive attribute is his prehensile tongue tipped with a corpus spongiosum. By launching his tongue at high speeds, he is capable of piercing steel, making him a formidible opponent for other Earth-built Transformers. However, the Legions' solitary nature leaves them vulnerable to this most-dangerous of game. If a girl bestows her special powerup onto another Transformer before the Legion can take it, he will suddenly find himself at a massive disadvantage.

A member of the Legion chases after Atari, cornering her into an alley. Later, when fighting Autrooper, it uses its phallic tongue to impale and remove Autrooper's arm. Desperate, Atari decides to merge with Autrooper in the nude, regrows Autrooper's arm, and kills this particular Legion entity. Its penis lovingly hangs out of his mouth in death.

The Legion in the Kiss Player manga is based on the Alternators Windcharger/Decepticharge mold, with a Megatron-esque head and odd triplicate headlights.
