Streaker and a bot named Fallout were hired by Proteus to execute two pro-Decepticon activists Momus and Sherma. They were sent to a Relinquishment Clinic to aquire new bodies with jet alt-modes to do the job. They succeeded in killing Sherma and easily dispatched Momus in Translucentia Heights. After Fallout was killed in a chase, Streaker decided to stay behind and try to kill the investigators investigating Momus' death. He had them gunned down in jet mode when Orion Pax landed on top of him and caused him to fall to his death. Streaker smiled while dying. Shadowplay, Part 2: Patternism

Notes

Streaker and Fallout play a similar role to Sonic and Boom for being hired to another's dirty work.
