Triorian Guard

The Triorian Guard is an organization from the Generation 1 continuity family.

The Triorian Guard are a detachment of multi-terrain Triple Changers that serve as the personal guard of the Cybertronian Senate and are tasked with the protection of the Primal Basilica where they had orders to kill suspected trouble makers on sight.

Members of the Guard were present at the Primal Basilica in the time before the Great War when Nominus Prime had been killed and been interned at the high altar. However, Orion Pax came to believe that the Matrix of Leadership within Nominus Prime's chest had been replaced with a bomb. Thus, he led a contingent of like minded Cybertronians to infiltrate the Primal Basilica where they were to avoid the Triorian Guard in order to retrieve the false Matrix.
