Wan-gyeong Seong (성완경 Seong Wan-gyeong, born June 25, 1967) is a South Korean voice actor. His other voice work includes Roy Mustang from Full Metal Alchemist, Sawyer from Lost, Rau Le Creuset in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED, Kenji Harima on School Rumble, Smoker in One Piece, and a prolific number of movie roles. He is a member of the Korea Broadcasting Voice Acting Division.
