Levardis Robert Martyn Burton, Jr. (born February 16, 1957), professionally known as LeVar Burton, is an American actor, presenter and director. He's known for his portrayals of Kunta Kinte in Roots, Geordi La Forge from Star Trek: The Next Generation, and for hosting Reading Rainbow for a number of years. In the world of voice acting he has the done the voices for Kwame in Captain Planet and the Planeteers, War Machine on The Super Hero Squad Show and Black Lightning in Superman/Batman: Public Enemies. You don't actually want to meet LeVar Burton; you just want an autographed picture. You can't disappoint a picture.
