Tony Preto owns lots of Lucky Draw figures! If there's a toy that's entirely chrome and they made only 5 of them and it costs seventeen billion dollars to own, he probably has it. He wrote about them in Hasbro Transformers Collectors' Club issue 7. He also held panels at BotCon 1994 and BotCon 1996, centered around foreign toys and merchandise.
