Captain Wild attended the unveiling of the Rescue Bots Family of Heroes and was ambling down the road when Doc Greene's solar car sped past. Hotshots

Wild was out fishing on calm seas when his boat got into trouble. He put out a mayday call which was answered by Dani Burns and Blades, who attached a line to the back of his ship before suggesting he take shelter in the cabin. The boat was pulled under regardless, along with Blades. It landed up on the edge of an undersea trench, but Blades, with the help of the rest of the team, pulled it to safety. Once they got the boat back on land, Captain Wild emerged from the cabin and blamed the sinking on the Griffin Rock Triangle. Dani took him to the hospital in Blades to get checked out.
