Spin-Out is just some guy in the Quadwal Universal stream.

Spin-Out, also known as Mike or That damn kid with the Core Drill necklace, is a Transformers fan from Florida. He's pretty much addicted to The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim right now.

He's the guy who was shouting "GLORIOUS!" when they revealed Lugnut at BotCon 2010.

He's tired of the movieverse, but LOVES Beast Wars, Animated, and likes Prime and the G1 comics. He also hopes to work for Hasbro and get his own Transformers franchise idea/fan fiction, Transformers: Ignition, made into a reality.

Yeah, he doesn't exactly count on it, but he still wouldn't mind seeing it happen.
