The Simanzi Massacre was a particularly brutal battle in Simanzi, Cybertron. Little is known about it except that something called The Crucible was at the centre of it.

The Autobot 9th Battalion only survived thanks to Rotorstorm's timely intervention, but it took the involvement of Optimus Prime to prevent over a thousand Autobots (such as Pyro) and neutrals from falling into The Crucible. The Massacre was one of the many things the Wreckers ignored in favour of chasing Squadron X. Zero Point In response to it, the Endless Retaliation was performed.
