- Xīngchén Hán Yàn is a Decepticon from the Transformers Online portion of the Aligned continuity family.
Xīngchén Hán Yàn (星辰寒焰, "Cold Flame of the Stars") just loves to torment her opponents in the most sadistic manner, toying with them at length as part of what she calls an "art" before she finally terminates them. She experiences almost inevitable disappointment when the Autobots fail to show any appreciation for her art, though doubtless there are many of her fellow Decepticons who enjoy it.
