When Runabout and Runamuck went on a vandalism spree throughout populated areas of the United States of America, RAAT had difficulty putting an end to their antics without endangering the population. Donny Finkleberg suggested to Circuit Breaker that she use the Autobots held captive by RAAT to create a battle suit to fight the Battlechargers. The completed suit was controlled by Circuit Breaker, but could also take some action on its own. Together they defeated the Battlechargers while also safeguarding many humans put in jeopardy in the battle.
