- Grimwing is a Predacon from the Aligned continuity family.
Grimwing possesses a steely will that matches that of Predaking himself and strength that is only a step behind. What really sets him apart from the other Predacons though is his inherent sense of honor. It is a trait he shares with his small companion Blackbeak, an odd creature that somehow generated in the same experiment that birthed Grimwing himself. Shockwave knows better than to trust either of them, for if there were any Predacons that might find a more natural home among the Autobots, this powerful pair would be the ones.

Grimwing is a Predacon from Transformers Prime: Beast Hunters. He transforms into a dark gray and green bird creature. He has a black Predacon symbol and Cybertronian symbols on his chest. His instruction sheet includes Chapter 15 of the Tales of the Beast Hunters series.
