Gaidōra (ガイドーラ gaidōra) is on of the Predacons left remaining on Earth.

Gaidōra is a redeco and retool of Lazerback, transforming into a griffon-y kinda thing. His tail detaches to become a whip that is held by his hands via 5mm post, and his dragon back hinges over his head in robot mode to reveal a spring-loaded missile launcher which fires a single, double-pronged missile. The launcher itself is attached to a peg-hole on his back, and can be detached for use as a hand-held weapon.

Notes

• As his name is spelled with katakana, it is impossible to know the exact meaning in English (katakana being a straight-up phonetic alphabet), but best guess is that it meas "armor dragon"... just like Gairyū!
