Grimwing is a Predacon from the Aligned continuity family.

And now we want him redecoed in purple.

Grimwing possesses a steely will that matches that of Predaking himself and strength that is only a step behind. What really sets him apart from the other Predacons though is his inherent sense of honor. It is a trait he shares with his small companion Blackbeak, an odd creature somehow generated in the same experiment that birthed Grimwing himself. Shockwave knows better than to trust either of them, for if there were any Predacons that might find a more natural home among the Autobots, this powerful pair would be the ones.

Grimwing transforms into a dark gray and green ursagryph. He features Cyberglyphics on both his robot mode chest and his beast wings. His instruction sheet includes Chapter 15 of the Tales of the Beast Hunters series.

This mold was also used to make Budōra.
