Kelsey Grammer

Kelsey Grammer (February 21, 1955) is an American actor. He's played Dr. Frasier Crane in both Cheers and Frasier and provides the voice of Sideshow Bob in The Simpsons. He is blue.

Grammer has been cast as the human villain, Harold Attinger, in Transformers 4.
