Is there a chance that this name is just a mangling of Cerebros?--MCRG 01:53, 12 May 2013 (EDT)

It would seem to be an intentional one.

Cerebros:

セレブロス

Zebres:

ゼブレス

Zebres replaces the "C" with "Z", omits the first "re", and replaces the "ro" with "re"--and so you end up with "Zebres". On a side note, I feel this could possibly be read as "Severus", if you nudge it a little.KrytenKoro 13:39, 14 May 2013 (EDT)
