G.I. Joe Meet the Transformers

Not the safest place to keep a grappling hook.

Scarlett and several other Joes were overseeing a test of Power Station Alpha, which was interrupted by the appearance of a giant transforming robot. After the Transformer was destroyed, it was followed by a much larger robot which called itself Superion. G.I. Joe's forces were overwhelmed by Superion, so Scarlett called for backup.

The Transformer they destroyed was eventually determined to be their friend! Scarlett stood nearby while Mainframe attempted to rebuild him. As the Autobot Ratchet arrived to help, it was announced that Cobra would be teaming up with G.I. Joe and the Autobots against the Decepticons to keep them from destroying the world with Power Station Alpha. The newly rebuilt Transformer, now named Goldbug, escorted Scarlett and the Baroness to Power Station Alpha with the intention of placing detonators inside. Without G.I. Joe's consent, Baroness set the timers prematurely, much to Scarlett's frustration.

G.I. Joe Starring Snake-eyes/Generation 2

"...Got to stop pretending I'm a ninja..."

While Scarlett was pretending to have defected to Cobra, Snake-Eyes was forced to stab her to convince the terrorist organization of her new allegiance. While none of her vitals were damaged, she was nevertheless hospitalized at the Cobra's castle fortress, where Cobra scientist Doctor Biggles-Jones confronted her about her true intentions.

Scarlett finds herself recuperating in a Cobra hospital after being stabbed in the chest by Snake Eyes, as Cobra Commander makes a deal with Megatron, apparently not learning from Lando Calrissian's deal with Darth Vader.

When Scarlett's only 'friend' in the Cobra ruled, mind-controlled, country town, Dr. Biggles-Jones also proved she was the only non-ignorant person around, when she revealed she knew Scarlett's true loyalties lay with G.I. Joe. It's okay, though, she wont' betray Scarlett because she also has a dark secret. Before it can be revealed, Megatron snatches her away.

Before Scarlett can do anything, the recently revived Dr. Mindbender sends two flunkies in to apprehend the Double-Agent. After hiding under the bed, and despite the stab wound, she is able to near effortlessly beat a Hawkeye lookalike, and a tacky looking ninja.

She then flees her room, carrying a katana, and kills two hapless Cobra soldiers who were merely sharing a sugary treat. Satisifying her bloodlust temporarily, she proceeds to do what any insane person would do and challenge Megatron. With only a katana and a stab wound.

While a small group of Autobots (Hot Spot, Brawn, Chase, Override and Steeljaw) attack Megatron, Scarlett uses this chance to kill more Cobra canon fodder and beat up the Cobra Commander, rather than save her friend. She doesn't do a very good job of this, and proving she is not a ninja, when she requires Snake Eyes to rescue her.

Realising that she hasn't actually done anything, Scarlett stands on the sidelines for the rest of the battle.

Due to Scarlett's inability to think through a plan, and play the odds by helping the Autobot's that prevent her from being crushed by Megatron's might foot, Brawn, Override and Steeljaw die. Megatron gets the Ark and Dr. Biggles-Jones and Spike Witwicky sneaks onto the Ark, just so he can sacrifice himself to give the girls something to talk about next time they catch up.

Yeah. Scarlett's not even attempting to be a good ninja by this point.
