Upon discovering that Megatron was still alive and as crazy as ever on Earth, Optimus Prime wasted no time in gathering a detachment of Autobots to take to Earth to finish off the Decepticon once and for all. Loose Ends, Part 3 Later after the battle with Megatron on Earth, wounded Autobots were moved into the Valiant. Natural Selection, Part 1 When they were ordered to leave the planet by its inhabitants, before they took off, Prime elected to stay to help them rebuild, despite their commands for them to leave. Natural Selection, Part 2 When they arrived at Cybertron, preparing to land in the city they had launched from. Unbeknownst to them, the Decepticon Scorponok, who had managed to take over the city while they were away, ordered his troops to shoot the cruiser out of the sky when it moved within range. Natural Selection, Part 4 Fortunately, a small Autobot group on the Planet below managed to detonate the missles that were fired before they could hit the ship, although the detonations did rock the ship a little. This caused Ultra Magnus to suspect they were under attack and order the crew to prepare for battle. Natural Selection, Part 5
