Kelsey Grammer

Allen Kelsey Grammer (born February 21, 1955) is an American actor. He's played Dr. Frasier Crane in both Cheers and Frasier for 20 years and provides the voice of Sideshow Bob in The Simpsons. He is blue.
Grammer has been cast as the human villain, Harold Attinger, in Transformers 4.
