First Aid is an Autobot. He and the rest of his team can form Defensor.

First Aid comes as part of the Defensor Micro-Changer combiner set, and can be rebuilt from his robot mode into an ambulance. He can also contribute his bricks to form Defensor. His helmet was originally created for Soundwave (can you tell?) and his gun used to be Bumblebee's.
