Primacron

There are some things man just wasn't meant to know!

Primacron is the name of the absolutely ancient scientist responsible for building Unicron in the Generation 1 cartoon continuity at the dawn of time. Besides the GREAT contribution of a giant planet devouring robotic monster, Primacron also created the energy siphoning Tornadron. He may have also had a hand in creating the Matrix.

So maybe he wasn't all bad. Even if his only worthwhile possible contribution was the means to temporarily stop his most murderous creation.
