Orion's rocket destination

I'm possibly looking too much into this (and I haven't read Spotlight: Hoist yet), but Bludgeon plans to fire Orion at densly populated area. However, once they are in the air Orion notes that they are going to overshoot all the nearby cities (at least until he collides with the other shuttle and his trajectory is altered). Are we supposed to take from this that Thundercracker deliberatly set the shuttle to avoid killing civilians? And if we are, is that worth noting, or is it too vague? LiamK 12:50, 10 August 2013 (EDT)
