Face it, you only recognized maybe 3 of their characters from Tatsunoko vs. Capcom.

Tatsunoko Production (株式会社タツノコプロ Kabushiki gaisha Tatsunoko Puro) is a Japanese animation studio founded in 1962. They have long had a working relationship with the American animation industry, with Tatsunoko's television series being some of the first examples of dubbed anime succeeding in overseas markets. Some of their most noteworthy programs include Mach Go Go Go (AKA Speed Racer), Gatchaman (AKA Battle of the Planets, AKA G-Force, AKA Eagle Riders), Tekkaman (AKA Technoman), the Time Bokan franchise (such as Yatterman), and all three shows that got squished together to create Robotech (Macross, Mospeada, Southern Cross).

They also tricked you into thinking the Bible was cool with Superbook.

Regarding Transformers, Tatsunoko Production was hired to animate the series Triple Combination: Transformers Go!, likely due to the fact that TakaraTomy actually owns the company.
