Trans Arts Co. was a Japanese animation studio founded in 1967 which took part in the production of the original Transformers cartoon, Beast Wars II and Transformers Armada.

For the most part, the studio has taken on photography jobs, providing such services in Dragon Ball Z, Romeo X Juliet, Generator Gawl, the 1980s Dennis The Menace cartoon, The Big O and AKIRA, among others. They also made the animated version of The Prince of Tennis.

Much like South Korean studios Dai Won Animation Co., Sei Young Animation Co. Ltd. and Sam Young Studio. Trans Arts largely provided minor services to the original cartoon (Photography, for the most part, for which the returned to do for the majority of Armada). In Beast Wars II, they helped co-produce multiple episodes with Production Reed.

They went bankrupt in March 2012.
