Josh Kelly (born April 25, 1982 in Yokosuka, Japan) is an American actor. After high school, he joined the US army and as an Army Ranger, spent three tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. After his tours were up, he turned to acting, moving to LA and scoring appearances in a number of TV shows including Desire, Ugly Betty, and CSI: Miami before appearing in the Transformers movies. He's better known for his role as Cutter Wentworth in the soap opera One Life to Live. He also wrote, produced, directed and starred in Cope, a short film about dealing with post-traumatic stress.
