Dreadwing (G1)

- Dreadwing is a Decepticon from the generation 1 continuity family.
Dreadwing is the combined mode of the Decepticon Powermasters Darkwing and Dreadwind.
An atypical example of a Generation 1 combiner, as they combine into a large jet, rather than the more common large robot.
Their first comic appearance was in Marvel US Transformers #42. The characters of Darkwing and Dreadwind weren't fleshed out especially well, so there was little evidence of an emergent personality for Dreadwing, as seen with some other G1 combiners.
