- Bugly is a Decepticon from the Transformers Animated continuity family.

Notes
- Bugly has the same body type as Blackout, but his colors are an homage to his Generation 1 counterpart.
- Bugly's existence was revealed by an ad in the retail edition of "The Stunti-Con Job", which both promoted the then-upcoming AllSpark Almanac Addendum sections of the Transformers Collectors' Club magazine and teased appearances for a bunch of characters. Since Bugly didn't actually show up in The AllSpark Almanac Addendum, the ad is his only appearance anywhere.
- Like Venom and Grinder, Bugly wears the symbol of the Decepticon Heavy Brigade, same as Blackout. 'Course, Blackout's supposed to be the only survivor from the Brigade...
