Why I think Transformers Prime is #1
Transformers: Prime's storytelling was phenomenal. I loved how Transformers Prime stretched out its ideas and concepts across multiple seasons instead of having season-centered story arcs. I also liked the interesting, new takes on characters like Soundwave, Wheeljack and Smokescreen. I also loved how the show developed its characters: Ratchet, Bumblebee, Smokescreen, Starscream, Dreadwing etc.
I also loved the show's aesthetic. I am not fond of the movie aesthetic 'nor Animated's: but when they are combined, they make the eye-candy that is Transformers Prime. Fantastic job on the designers part. Also, the animation is freakin' fantastic!
Transformers Prime does have some flaws, I will admit, but it is the best example of Transformers storytelling to date.
